Around 30,000 caffeine enthusiasts attended the London Coffee Festival at the Old Truman Brewery during the four-day event from 20 – 23 April.
There were plenty of unique displays from industry experts, including latte art masterclasses, barista competitions and coffee cocktails, along with educational demonstrations on how to make the perfect brew.
A strong focus was given to sustainability, with various vendors promoting eco-friendly alternatives such as soy, almond and pea milk.
I spoke to Antonio Corona and Sophie Lewis, who explained their innovative brands which are helping people in various ways, from healthier coffee flavours to creating employment.
